Our 2 bedroom units are 975 sq ft of living space with a one car garage. Our 3 bedroom units are 975 sq ft over a full basement. They include a full kitchen, laundry area, living room and dining area with a sliding door which opens up to a concrete patio. Trimble Properties provides general building maintenance, yard maintenance and snow removal. We allow one pet, up to 30 lbs in size for an extra charge of $25.00 per month with the exception of service animals. We require one month’s rent for deposit and the first month’s rent is due upon lease signing.
