Our 2 bedroom, handicap accessible duplexes are our newest units. They have 1000 sq ft of living space. They include a full kitchen with appliances, laundry area, living room, and dining area with a sliding door which opens up to a concrete patio. They have no steps into the home to provide easy access for a wheel chair if needed. Trimble Properties provide general building maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal. We allow one pet, up to 30 lbs in size for an extra charge of $25.00 per month with the exception of service animals. We require one month’s rent for deposit and the first months rent is due upon lease signing.
